We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. Face coverings encouraged, but no longer required for fully vaccinated guests. Face coverings are required for guests who are not fully vaccinated. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

• Guest Amenity Fees of $35 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
• Beach amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, kids toys and coolers
• 24/7 access to our fully functional gym featuring a Peloton Bike, MIRROR, 40' wide climbing wall, circuit training equipment and much more.
• Nightly fireside s'mores kits
• Locker to store your surfboard
• In-room record players with Bluetooth capability
• Access to our curated vinyl library

• Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

• Where can I find coffee in the morning?
  • Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk from 6:00a.m. Until 10:00a.m.
  • Nespresso machines available upon request
• Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
• Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
• Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.

Parking Services:

• Valet parking is available at $35 per night.
• Self-Parking is available for $40 per 24 hours.

Housekeeping Services:

• To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at (714) 409-5820 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
• We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Dining Services:

In-Room Dining:

• In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery. Place an in-room dining order via the TV in your guestroom, at 714-965-4448 or extension 4448 from your guestroom phone.
